No bottling date given, golden brown colour, smells of raisins and quince, in the mouth oily and syrupy, tastes of quince, yet is not as sweet as the description sounds, full body, in the mouth raisins and quince, in the aftertaste raisins, quince and a tiny bit spirituous/hot, good length (30 sec.), good white Reserve Tawny, yet I would rather spend some more Euros to get to the next level which is the 10 Y White Tawny

Portugal; 9/18/2016-9/25/2016 (Portugal): This was the white Porto riserva. Golden color; some heat, burnt orange; Palate is medium-full bodied, moderate sweetness, medium-minus acidity, fades on the midpalate; medium-short finish. Drinkable but I haven't yet had a white port I would search out. 82-84

Surprisingly complex, in fact beautiful. medium sweet with spices and almonds and nuts, a long and balanced (sweet versus acidity) aftertaste.

Golden in the glass, rich and full mouthfeel, caramel and butterscotch, long lingering finish. Very nice.
