Another project by the Michelini brothers. After 6 years in my cellar, I'm back to tasting what was my last bottle. Very mineral wine, with hints of chalk, aromas of ripe plums and violets. It has sweet tannins and a smooth texture. Aging for a year and a half in egg-shaped cement vats, and kept in contact with the shells for another eight months. It's innovative. It's worth a try.
