Deep purple. Complex nose of strawberry, raspberry, pepper, forrest floor. I’m the tongue it is bold flavoured with some black cherry added to the mix. Good avid and tanins at the front of the mouth. Very nice wine.

Good value at 17€. A real gem. A typical black wine Cahors Malbec. Beautiful texture, complex wine which keeps on giving after every taste. A lovely finish. Superb with roast, and Lamb and especially a slow cooked venison casserole or game like goose. Drinking really well now. I really enjoyed this wine. .

The wine is clear and bright with a medium ruby colour.
The nose is clean and developing, showing medium+ intensity aromas of blackberry, dark ripe plums, dark cherry, cedar and walnut.
The wine is dry in the mouth with a medium+ acidity. It has fine-grained firm tannins and a medium alcohol. It has a full body and pronounced intensity flavours. The finish is long.
It is a very good quality wine with a persistent finish and a lot of concentration balanced by the tannins and acidity. It also shows some complexity provided by oak ageing, but not enough to consider it outstanding.
