  • (Decanted and aired for 5 hours)
Light yellow with a hint of green.
Nose: Lime, lemon, Canary melon and a lot of minerality. (89p)
Taste: The arrival is fresh (acidity) and fruity, with lemon, lime, white pears and Canary melon. Medium to rich body. It has the Verus hallmark acidity and minerality. Drinking nicely now but has further potential. Medium long aftertaste. (89p)
    Total score 89 points

  • Light yellow with a hint of green.
Nose: Lemon, lime, white peach, minerality, "pure" (89p).
Taste: Quite rich, starting to get rounder, but still with wonderful acidity and a lot of minerality. Spicy finish and aftertaste. Medium long (88p)
Seems to be richer than its precursors 2012 and 2011. Drinks very well now but will presumably continue to develop for at least another 3-4 years (drink by 2021?) Total score 88 points.
