In a great place, with more acidity, and structure than I was expecting in this vintage. Shame on me. Opened fully at 30 minutes open, drank well throughout the two hours it was open. A joy, now and the next -7-8 years, at least. recommended

Pale, bright yellowish-green. Alluring nose shows lime, grapefruit, and sage. Selfsame notes on the palate with zesty acidity and low alcohol that give the 2014 Herrenberg Kabinett a quaffable juiciness. It is possible this gains elegance with age but it is certainly delicious today.

Yum. Ripe peach and orange with petrol and honey overtones. Lively and fun. Good balance of residual sugar and acidity. Hard to believe this is 7% alcohol; I usually criticize such wines for lack of body, but I love the zip in this one.
