Still drinking quite nicely with a bit of youth still left. Showing is maturity though and took about 45 mins to pen up. Mineral tones and with classic burgh flavors.

CT Offline (Restaurant Saul, Brooklyn, NY): Pale yellow color. Nose of white fruits, citrus, some hazelnut and minerals. Similar palate, crisp yet nicely balanced and not overoaked. Nice pairing with the amuse bouche.

NYC CT Offline (Saul Restaurant Brooklyn, NY): Pale yellow with mushrooms on the nose. Very mineral driven with flavors of wet rocks and a hint of oak. Soft in the mouth, if not especially complex with a slightly hot finish.
