  Robe tirant sur le grenat, encore de bonne intensité. Nez d’intensité moyenne. Un peu de fruits, des épices, poivre, clou de girofle, bois de santal. Une certaine finesse. La bouche suit, fruits rouges, olives, arômes tertiaires, bois, sous-bois. Est à un moment intéressant de son évolution. Pas spécialement profond mais très agréable . À boire

  Day 1 decanted 30 minutes - yum! ripe fruit with blackberry and black cherry, soft tannin with dry finish,
  
  Day 2 - ripe fruit again but not so dry on the finish, more generous, blackberry and hint of spice with plum, also yum but more drinkability

  Gouté en succ, là aussi il faisait assez chaud, donc faut avoir l'esprit un peu ouvert!
  Belle petite syrah qui en donne pas mal.
  Un nez sur la viande, les olives, les épices et la violette.
  En bouche, assez aromatique, le poivre et la viande priment, avec un peu de mures et d'olives sur une finale moyenne.
