I like what '05 Muscadet's are bringing to the table. Lots of sea air on the nose. Went very well with our left over chinese take out. The perfect clean freshness to cut through the earthy sauces.

$10 full retail. Ultralight, clean nose of citrus and mineral. In the mouth, it's lighter, with more tension than the 2005 Ricard Touraine (see TN) I tasted before this wine. Typically austere on the palate, with bracing acidity and chiseled flavors of lemon / lime and chalk. A nice, somewhat rigid Summertime white that would go well with light seafood or on its own. (SNC 367)
