Appears light mustard yellow in the glass with notable legs probably due to residual sugar given its 13% alcohol content. Slightly earthy, sweet and citrus fruit, fresh cut grass on the nose. Light and refreshing on the pallet, dry-ish and the acid slightly overbears the sweetness. There is slight astringency which can be typical of the Albarino grape. We paired it with teriyaki pork which worked well.

This was a delicious bottle of juice. Clean and forward, it had lemon curd, skim milk texture with great clarity and nice minerality, it delivered more than I expected. A bottle to enjoy again.

Acidity overwhelms the fruit. Color is deeper gold than most Albariño , maybe more maceration? Better with food than for sipping.
