Day one: screechy acidity, almost no fruit. Put it back in the fridge. Four days later: the fruit's here, but it's overly ripe and oxidative. Fed it to the camellias.

Actually 1 bottle. Decanted for about 1.5 h. Light golden yellow. A: Apples, meyer lemon, rocks, and herbs. P: Gala apples, pink grapefruit, minerals, herbs. F: Nice lingering finish. Rounder than Pepiere's Clos des Briords w less intense minerality. But still highly enjoyable with ruby trout.

Salty and mineral and quite powerful. Large quantity production and hey, its pretty darn tasty. And hey, at $15. that thing rocks. Tastes like really awesome Chablis. ANd tastes like it too Les notes.
