  Bu a perpi pour un apéro en famille. La bouteille etiquette demi-sec, mais il s agit bien d un sec. Sur les agrumes et la mineralite. La bouche est tendu et la finale assez longue. C est bien mieux que le demi-sec du domaine. Peut etre gardé.

  Servi en apero a lyon avec jacques et les colloques. Vin plutôt classique pour un demi sec de vouvray. Le tout est bien équilibré avec un sucre bien intégré. Il manque un côté aérien, de la tension pour en faire un grand vin. C est sympa, peut etre attendu.

  Subtle, muted aromas of pineapple, mineral and cream with hints of honey and cheese. Medium to full bodied, with a gentle sweetness, tons of mouthwatering acid, flavors of honey, lemon and pineapple, good weight and concentration, long dry mineral finish. This wine is balanced, stuffed and built to age. It should gain complexity with time. Stunning. Intense. Wow, that acid. The wife didn't realize it was demi-sec. Nice with takeout gyoza.
