  • PnP then followed over three days.
    Yellow with golden hues, clear.
The nose kept changing, offering intense and sweet ripe white fruit some time (especially on day one, but then again at the end), or aniseed and wet rocks, or aromatic herbs. On the palate it has a certain volume and roundness at first, but controlled. Nice progression with notes reflecting those on the nose, mineral and herbal ones mainly, with citrus fruit taking over towards the finish which is full of tension. A remarkable dry wine with only 11% ABV.

  • Very interesting saline note on the nose. Will need a year or so to calm down. Will be a beautiful wine.
