Pale lemon. Medium intensity aromas of lemon, yellow apple, honey, acacia. Youthful. Medium dry palate, high acidity, medium (-) body, medium (-) alcohol, medium (-) intensity flavours similar to the nose. Medium finish. Good quality Vouvray. Moderate fruit concentration, acid balances the fruit. Lacks complexity and length. Drink in next two years, not suitable for further ageing. Fruit likely to fade leaving the acid to dominate.
