  We normally wouldn't buy/drink this wine, but we thought it would go well with Pok Pok-style caramelized fish sauce chicken wings, cilantro-Jasmine rice, and marinated cucumbers/carrots; it did---beautifully! A solid OR Pinot Gris, and even though not our cup of "tea," it pairs beautifully with spicy and complex Thai food. Refreshing, crisp and fruity.

  We served this at a temperature colder than 55 degrees F. That seemed to help.
