  • Medium gold colour. Small and lazy bubbles. Medium (+) and developing nose with brioche, butter, toast, bruiced apples, caramel, baked lemon, honey and mushrooms. Medium taste of bruiced apples, baked lemon, toast, brioche, honey and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good and well matured Champagne NV. Drink now. Goes well as an aperitif, or with cured meat or shellfish.

Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. Small bubbles. A good and tasteful Champagne with a toasted feeling. Goes well as aperitif.
