(At Facil in Berlin). Nice rich undertones that made this a great accompaniment to such great food. Surprisingly high alcohol content (13%) for a pradikat wine, explained as the hands- off fermentation approach of the winemaker. Golden color, not as single- note as these can be, with flavor hues of honey, full, lemon, candied fruit.

Lunch (Schwarzwaldstube, Tonbach): Menu wine pairing: Beautiful Spätlese that has the typical 2011 issue: Very sweet and a bit broad only medium acidity. But it acommpanied the cheese quite well. 87-89
