  • A really good meursault. My wife and I drank this wine at Benno in NYC where we celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary. The sommelier suggested it and I am so happy that he did. The nose was white flowers and the smell of a springtime river bank. The palate was wet stones, citrus and a hint of spice. The finish was moderate to long. It was a perfect match for the crusted skate that it was served with.
