  More New Zealand the California to my taste buds. Faint yellow color and a nose of kiwi and passionfruit. The wine has nice grapefruit and kiwi flavors with just a hint of grass and slate (the California coming through?) Perhaps from a cool site in Carneros where Cuvaison grows a lot of their fruit?
