  Excellent+/Outstanding-
  What BRETTAY wrote back in 2020. The depth, purity of ripe fruit, precision and texture here was amazing. Drank well over two nights. I may be underscoring it. Loved it.

  I must disagree with many of the other mediocre reviews here and say this is a stunning wine with all kinds of complexity that cascades over the palate in waves. Lemon, lime, green apple, liquid stones, fresh white flowers, roasted nuts, and petrol. Such purity and freshness to all of the beautifully proportioned and sharply delineated flavors. This is really excellent.

  2013 BORGO DEL TIGLIO [NICOLA MANFERRARI] COLLIO BLANCO- made from Friulano, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc; this gave some intriguing notes which were challenging to describe in words; so here`s as close as i can get; it had mild essences of minerals, melon and peach notes that hung on past mid palate and then gave way to sweet liquorice and anise; there was also a slight bitterness that made me think i had just eaten something that changed my palate; I asked around and others found similar notes, so it wasn`t the food.
