  Seemed more young than last bottle. Ripe red and black cherries upfront, dates flavor on the finish. Add herbal spices on top of it with a silky well balanced mouthfeel. Excellent now.

  Very expressive, almost a fruit bomb when young, the Quinta da Leda has evolve in a more austere wine. Supple cherry fruit, fine grained, somewhat dry tannins, followed by mineral flavors. Nice finish. Note to myself: I prefer it young !

  Emirates lounge. Garnet with purple reflections. Tastes like a Bdx just a touch sweeter but without the richness of a new world cab. Herbs and dark fruit in the nose, some tobacco and leather on the elegant medium bodied palate, fine but slightly drying tannins. Medium length. A very good wine.
