  95-96. Classic Vintage. Still young and vibrant after 27 years. Kirsh, cherry blossom flavors.

  New Years Eve 23. Last bottle, sadly. Long, luscious and wonderfully peppery. Just how a vintage port should be. Even at 26 years it has plenty of vivacity.

  Rich and long, figs, dates, alcohol-infused plums. Considerable body, it is deep, long and lucsious. It might be quite young in terms of how long it will live, but it is stupendously nice at the moment and I think I prefer Port when it still has that primary richness and fullness of body. Medium sweetness, great length, not too hot, just brilliant. I always end up wondering why vintage port is so cheap when it is such high quality.
