A 20$. Une des plus belles aubaines de l'année. C'est typé, mineral, salin, frais. Sans être d'une grande structure, c'est tout de même, très satisfaisant.

Pale straw yellow colour. White flowers, peaches and minerals on the nose. Taste of white flowers, lemons and peaches with minerals in the finish. A somewhat flowerly Chablis that is best enjoyed on its own or accompanied by some shellfish. Give it some air to reach its full potential.

Served UA London-sf business class. Solid basic Chablis. Lemon oil, chalk, mineral and acid driven. Juicy, while being notably lacking in fruit on the palate / just a hint of (slightly shy of ripe) apricot on the finish. A bit hot, and while not flabby, lacks delineation and focus. Still, very drinkable.

Nose is green and lemon. Tastes acidic and tarte, mostly lemon. Not particularly exciting.
