To be fair, I am not crazy about the grape; bought this by mistake. Thought it was Riesling. It is ripe and correct. There is still good acidity. Tastes like good roero. Not really mine…. Especially for the price.
Day two in the fridge and I am going up a point to 91. Acidity and minerality became more pronounced. Well done.
