Tasted from Corovin - this appears to have rounded into mature pinot with typical old world Erath complexity. Light to medium body; primary fruit of raspberry and red plum; secondary notes of milk chocolate and soft cranberry. 3 years ago this was funky and almost metallic on the nose and the palate. With proper storage, no more!

Almost old world style. At first I didn’t like it much, but with air and my own palate adjustment it became compelling. Thin, mildly astringent, with more tea and leather than fruit and spice, yet layered and complex. Definitely a change of pace from most American wines.

Lots of leather, a little paprika, somehow still quite delicate and refined. Quite interesting.
