  • Originally I had written a year of 2018 for drinking. Don't wait that long. While there is still a slice tannic spice edge, this is very drinkable now with not left to offer in additional aging. Smooth, pleasantly earthy, great company for my cheese & charcuterie dinner. The wine looks ruby colored. It smells like black pepper. It tastes like forest floor, black pepper and tea. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity. It is not at all like the hot alcohol or watery or other end of the scale flavorful bombs from Argentina.
