Super beau et complexe, une valeur sure. Nez intense sur les épices, le pain et la poire. En bouche, caramel et abricots avec des amandes. Belle acidité et ratio sucre A/R en symbiose, finale longue, c`est bien équilibré.

working with wine 2016 seminar 2 - sweet wines (Hilton Hotel, Sydney): a little muted and confected toffee but, with agitation, almost sherry like oxidised aromas and almond, fig and ripe herbs…off dry to sweet - or the sweetness is carefully contained and balanced by the acidity more likely - honey and raised with toffee apple. the acidic care carries the fruit to the back of the mouth. The oxidised element is here but subsumed beneath these flavours...there is even a little mid palate tannic burr - the more kernel elements then come to the fore on the long finish. Still quite young but very nice.
