  Wow! where to start, I opened this wine and expected it to be past its prime, flattening out and lacking acidity. I was happily wrong. The wine is still so vibrant, young and its like the years did little to influence it. Still has strong minerality, fruit forward but no a hint of sweetness. Cuts dry across the tounge and leaves a clean mineral finish that lingers. On the nose, still youthful but the riper fruits are starting to take shape, mellon, pear, with a touch of peach or nectarine. There is still some acid left, but its at a beautiful point, enough to keep it fresh but nothing intense of tight.
  
  I would say this wine has at least 5 more years of ageing left. Just coming into its prime now. Drink slowly over the next few years.

  Dry, strong minerality, beautiful fruit, perfect balance. Aromatics are wonderful, ripe fruit and melons, honey, perfume
