Still enjoyable but certainly teetering... this bottle was closer to the reviewer AACollection - lots of overripe orchard fruit on the nose with notes of caramel and chalk. Even more mineral and salty stone notes than my prior bottle, similar acid profile but a lot less fruit.
Unless you want all of the secondary characteristics and none of the fruit, I'd drink up.

Should have listened. Pop and pour. Still shows bergamot, apple and citrus, but the apple leans slightly bruised. Teetering on the edge of the unpleasant side of oxidized, without pleasant honey and nut notes to ameliorate, I should have finished this a while ago. On the palate, the acidity is still excellent, and this shows good body and bruised apple and citrus. Enjoyable, but leaning over the hill for my palate...hopefully bottle variation will end up making my final btl a revelation...
Day 3: this was refrigerated in between, and while it showed signs of oxidation ast night, it is commpletely oxidized tonight. Yet more confirmation that this cuvee is to be drunk within 3-4 yrs from vntg.

This is showing beautifully right now. Bergamot and lemon on the nose with some oak in the background. On the palate, zippy acidity, more lemon and ripe pear and a hint of creaminess on the refreshing finish.
Day 2: already starting to show some signs of oxidation, so drink up.

Fresh and lively, apricot and lemon lead on the nose followed by notes of cut flowers and salty sea air. Drinks great - mineral driven, chalky, with notes of lemon, short bread and almond. Less acidic than earlier this year. Drinking really well though I'm not sure this one has legs for much more than the next year or two.
