Green, aromatic nose of lime peel, lime leaf, and lemongrass, with hints of river stone and struck match. Broad, smooth palate; acidity is strong and sour, but not sharp or overwhelming. Sweet flavours passionfruit and apricot, balanced by green notes of bitter melon, snow pea, and lime leaf. Oak adds subtle background notes of wheat and oat.
