  Fantastic Napa Cab drinking well now, yet will hold for another decade. Superbly balanced. This was Brie Cadman's first Cab, tho she'd been helping her dad, Bill, for several years (I think). She is now Tulocay's winemaker. I'd put this up against any Napa Cab of this vintage, regardless of price. Only 75 cases made. Just a heads up: There is lots of sediment, so decant before serving.

  Really nice. Depends purple, with very well integrated black fruits, black olive, earth, tobacco. Why can’t other Callie cabs be like this? This is old world and how wine was meant to be made. Pair with beef or lamb. Really great. Well made.
