Bold. Very tropical. Pineapple brûlée. Some kefir lime and assorted stone fruits. Still going strong and should hold up for a while longer. Wish this was lower alcohol but it's only slightly out of balance. A nice bottle to mix it up from the usual white Burgundy. Cocktail wine.

Medium golden in colour with nutty aromas & kind of a funky earthiness. On the palate, bold flavours of lemon, green apple, oak, nuttiness, spice/pepper and high acidity. ABV is slightly high at 14.3%, but the bold flavour profile, long finish & high acidity balances out this wine. Well crafted wine but not my style.

Consistent with tasting notes last year - super sweet, concentrated, zingy pineapple and lemon curd set against honeysuckle, honeydew, almonds, raisins, and butterscotch, with some lime and tangerine zest mixed into the finish. Distinctive style and a distinctive vintage for this wine. Drink 2019-2022. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 90.

lemon, lime peel, yellow apple, toasted almonds, white florals, crushed rocks, and tropical stone fruit
always a +1 for the respect of not pulling these out and planting cab.

One bottle was badly corked, the other was pale pear and lemon, lime , vibrant acidity and some distant dried pineapple flavors.
