16 yo and still going strong Colour inky black with minimal browning , cork when removed was only coloured red for 1mm - fantastic cork makes all the difference , Nose fresh black fruits eucalyptus violet Palate full flavoured still plenty of fruit seamless balance from start to finish which is long , minor point of drying tannins on the finish , well it is 16yo anyway great integration of fruit and French oak Overall outstanding Clare Valley , well actually Polish Hill on the label

Still drinking well, soft tannins, nice blackberry fruit. Could have gone another few years.

Drunk ourside the drinking window. Still supple, but lacking in structure. Red fruit. short finish. Not an impressive wine.
