Popped and poured, then sipped over the next few hours. Initially cellar temp, gradually warmed up to 60 F. I don't think this would benefit from a warmer temperature. Deep ruby color. Sweet black cherry on the nose with vanilla and milk chocolate. Hints of clove and dried leather. Soft dusty, drying tannins which gradually moved to a silky, but still drying, texture. Well-integrated acidity that may be starting to fade. No noticeable heat, good use of charred oak regimen. Medium-bodied for a Napa Cab. Tart blackberry fruit, black cherry, savory plum on the palate with cedar, dark chocolate, earth, minerals and licorice. Medium-length drying finish. Red meat friendly. Good QPR. Probably at its peak, so drink soon.

Deep dark center, red rim with no real signs of age. Sweet briar, blackberries and plums, touch of chlorine. Smooth, plums and raspberries, a little seaweed, nutty, moderate acidity and tannin, good finish. Very good Cabernet, drinking okay now but good for another 5 years.

Good showing for this wine. Solid dark color. A great mix of dark fruits, coffee and cedar sing in harmony on both nose and palate. While a tad short on complexity, it still delivers nice length on the finish. Dusty tannins are still here, suggesting a 10 years window to enjoy before it may (or may not) change course. Great purchase at under $30.

Blackberries, dark cherries, licorice, disturbed wet earth, and succulent spices are laced with an attracitve marine-like aspect. It has an astringent mouthfeel and a tannic structure, but it softens, fleshes out, and becomes more plush over a 3+ hour decant. I'd cellar this for another 2-3 years, at least.
