  • Nice cherry nose, cask and herbal tones. Medium bodied, well structured and built essentially on red fruit, liquorice and garrigue it offered an excellent pairing for our grilled meat.

  • This is a GSM style blend. Syrah at 43 percent, Mourvedre at 38 percent, with smaller amounts of Grenache and Carignan. Color is a slightly dark red. On first glass, there’s vibrant acidity. Brighter berry and cherry flavors. Very long finish with hints of oak and earth, that makes you want more.

After the bottle’s been open for some time, some darker fruit sneaks in a little, maybe there’s a touch of cocoa on the long finish. Very clean, tasty, and enjoyable.
