  Great fruit and intensity, needs a couple more years. Will be interesting to see what this becomes.

  Lavender and stone fruit (pear) on the nose. Deep, enveloping acidity. Fragrant, nuanced and long. Needed 30 minutes to start to open; fabulous after 60 minutes. Terrific stuff.
  Two hours in its even better!

  Just another great Fevre. always a fine white wine with tons of character and acidity.

  This wine has finally opened up a little (in half bottle format at least).
  Still reflects a cooler vintage with firm acidity but, if anything, I find that reassuring in a Chablis.
  The complexity and texture are improving.
  No hurry to drink

  Great bottle. Typical citrusy Fevre. The difference between the regular bottling and the Fourchame is remarkable. Worth the increased price.
