  Sample corked overnight on counter. Color is dark ruby with purplish edges. Nose shows fresh cut grapefruit and ground pepper. Swishing this shows the acid tone which lingers on the palate long after the fruit fades. Sipping shows bright red fruit with a tartish shortish gamay style finish. Probably would work at th angst icing but a little brisk otherwise. I would guess that this was a little tough last night. Thanks for sharing mike!
