  12 years in the cellar, and delicious.
  
  Very deep purple, no amber edges - *none*, now that's a wine with a few years still to go.
  
  Some mint, oak, and pepper in a very tight nose, even by the third glass (3+ hours).
  
  Well balanced sugars/acids on the tongue, though still a little tannic.
  
  Cherries, chocolate, fruit flavors, extraordinary.
  
  Long full finish. If you can find this, buy some. Thanks for the bottle, Gus!
