Dinner at Tim's (Chicago, IL): #05-15. Served double blind. Got to dry riesling pretty quickly, based on the acid/mineral profile, but went to Alsace instead of Germany, because of the high amount of spice and a more rounded texture. Quite nice, but a little broader on the palate than I like, but no overt alcohol here. Also, this clearly didn't have the waxiness that would have made me go to Austria either.
