  • (Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon) Gereiftes Rubinrot.

  • Weird vegetation nose not garden but wilderness. Good body and dark fruit. Liked. Restrained. Doesn’t really stand out, but enjoyable.

  • A blend of 50% Cabernet Franc, 35% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Matured for 16 months in 100% new barrels of Hungarian oak. The alcohol content of 15%. Extremely dense, ruby-purple color. Always at the center of the dark, towards the edge it becomes lighter.
The first nose offers rum with coconut and promising minerality, which consists of tones and iodine salts. Sweet and bitter affects this first nose that smells finally dried fruit. The second tab is focused exactly the same and deep, balanced and pleasant smell of eucalyptus content, gorgeous, black berries, cherries, chocolate, coffee, caramel and last but not least, sage. Numerous components may be complex and highly concentrated palate again perceive. Herbs such as thyme, anise, lemon balm, then chestnuts, fruit basket, coconut, rum, liquorice, sage and honey. The fruits are overripe and the wonderful flavors of juicy plums, but yellow mirabelle come into play. Profound and elegant, finely balanced, so this gentle, soft and velvety combination of wood and barrel flavors.
2009 Attila is rather slim, but very long aftertaste, spicy, berries, flowers, some minerals, milk chocolate and black cocoa, and even chocolates and not least overripe cherries.
World-renowned Robert Parker rated this wine 96/100. Very long-term perspective storage until 2035

  • The wine keeps developing after opened, both in glass and mouth, revealing impressive complexity and a multitude of flavours. Beautiful colour. It is perhaps not twice as good as the Solus wine (Merlot) even though it is twice the price. I've had that thought before when tasting both. But a great experience and longer life expectancy, making it a wine to store!
