  • Division Winemaking Company Tasting (Doi Moi - DC): Here's something you don't see every day: a sparkling Grenache rosé from Oregon, bottled with a cap closure and boasting a beeswax capsule (which smells awesome). And here's the kicker: this isn't just some hip because it's esoteric kind of wine, it's damn good. An interesting spicy, floral and musky aromatic blend. Tart but it has a lovely creamy texture on the palate. The bubbles are quite fine and subtle. Flavors of apple peel, creamy peaches, floral spice. Whoa, there is a lot going on here. Equally intriguing, nerdy and delicious. Bottled under cap, the wine also boasts a beeswax capsule (which smells awesome).

  • Incredibly pale salmon color. Subtle qualities. Fizz hits you on the front palate more similar to Prosecco than Champagne.
Again, very light peach, white flowers and minerals. Almost no toast. Very nice and elegant style of bubbly.
Really cool beeswax capsule. Bottle cap enclosure.
