  Dry, mineral-inflected notes of raspberries, mandarin oranges, peaches, and fresh baked bread are infused with an energetic bead, crisp mousse, and a spicy piquancy. Long, pleasing, and refreshing.

  Basic rose champ. Expected a bit more from premier cru and reserve bottling, whatever that means these days. Nice salmon color, medium acid, medium to large bubbles. Perhaps a tad coarse. Not really a buy, based on this bottle.

  A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with 7-15% addition of Bouzy Rouge.
  
  Pink rose color. Quite sharp, tangy and steely nose with aromas of crunchy white berries and fresh red berries, a little bit of autolytic toast and a hint of spicy Pinosity. The wine is crisp, medium-bodied and steely on the palate with dry flavors of sour cherries, some cranberries, a little bit of chalky minerality and a hint of lemony citrus fruits. The wine is high in acidity with ample and generous mousse. The finish is crisp and steely with tangy, medium-long flavors of citrus fruits, tart green apples, some tart cranberries and a hint of ripe redcurrants.
  
  A very basic rosé Champ. Nothing off the place here, but nothing memorable or characterful either. Nice, but very predictable - to a fault. You won't be offended if you are served this wine, but this is something you wouldn't buy yourself.
