Delicious, complex, agree with the comments of the last reviewer. I think it needs a few hours of decanting. Popped and poured through an aerator and it was still a bit tight.

This was excellent - nicely balanced, great mouthfeel. Blackberry on the palate and spicy notes of pepper. Nicely integrated tannins, drinking great now!

Showed very well in a blind tasting of global cabernets. Initially, the massive nose was almost Syrah-like with big black fruits and a savoury peppery note. Still quite young in the glass. Rich, ripe dark red fruit on the palate with tannins and acid delivering some tension and vibrancy. Really a delightful wine. Atypical of most Napa Cabs tasted as of late. Not easy to find in Canada. Thanks Ross!

Outstanding wine. Opened at Easter and allowed to breathe for 2 hours. Hendry does t make a bad wine, they make the absolute highest quality around!
