Probably would not have purchased this wine, but glad to give it a taste and describe what seems to be going on in the glass. As we expect from a slightly sweet, late harvest offering, the nose is fresh and lively honey peach and citrus. The palate has a viscous honeyed nectarine. There is some depth and character. Just enough acid to keep things interesting.

Consistently a great wine! Sweet, as one would expect from a late harvest riesling, but perfect for spicy foods like jerk pork. Fruity bouquet, sweet floral taste, nice acid and alcohol balance.

This is probably the best LH designation from them in 20 years. Beautiful fruit, fresh and lively with decent acid. In your face tropical fruit dominates this auslese replica. Possibly a small amount of botrytis in the grapes. Obviously cold fermented. Not as rich as the botrytis affected LH Rieslings of the 1970's and 80's but nice nonetheless.
