  Decanted 1 hr. ahead. Very very deep garnet color. Nice nose of black cherries, herbs, some earthy tones. Full-bodied on the palate yet firm, with good acid balance. Black cherry flavors lead in a moderately tart package. The finish is good, with hints of orange peel and moderate tannins. This wine is very good for about $15.

  From a magnum. Nice acid focused red wine, not overly distinct and slightly hot.
