  • A Reserva for $15? Try it! I was skeptical, but it was better than expected. And the fact that it's $15 makes it even better. Thank you PriceSmart!
Deep purple... Smoke On The Water sounds about right. It's got a wonderful smoky and velvety palate, intermingled with blackberry, bilberry and elderberry. Some laurel leaves in the back.
Took about 1/2 hour to achieve its full potential; so the sacrifice wasn't too bad.
Light bodied and zesty. Excellent pairing for pork tenderloin in plum sauce and roasted vegetables.
Long woodsy finish with velvety tannins.
Not wasting any more time writing this... Heading to PriceSmart to get some more.
    Salud!
