  Had this alongside a 1999 Dom Perignon and it more than stood up for itself!
  
  A nice and balanced sparkler. It resembled the Dom in its biscuity character but also offered some citrus in the finish as well. Terrific value sparkling wine here and I can see it holding up to some age as well.
