Ripe red fruit on the nose. Palate is softer than expected but still showing nice red fruits, pomegranate with a bit of cherry. Acidity is present but not overbearing though the wine Loses a bit of heft on the finish. 13.5 so not too big. A Dave Phinney collaboration so that’s a plus. Passed this one up many times due to the gimmicky “eye chart” label but to my detriment as this is a solid drinker and worth the $15 or so it costs

Lovely Full fruit palate, pepper, berry, cranberry, not a typical Pinot, goes well with salmon chowder, white cheddar and grapes, even dark chocolate smore's
