pas tannin, pas acide, bien balancer. a été carafé, mais aucun changement notable. un vien qui se bois bien, par contre au nez rien d'exceptionnel et au gout similaire, un bon vin correct sans plus.

Decanted 1 hr. ahead. Light-medium garnet color. Nice nose of herbs, cherries, pencil. Light-bodied on the palate with cherry pie flavors; acid balance is good, lithe. Finishes with a trace of grip and near-zero tannins. It drinks like Oregon Pinot Noir with a diverging flavor profile, and that's a good thing. Completely worthy with great QPR.

The nose was dark fruit and cut grass. I am not sure what makes this so different from other Lodi effforts, but the terroir really comes through. Dark fruit, chocolate, gravel and dirt. Medium to full body with more mid palette than start and a medium long finish. The tannins, acid and fruit are all very well intigrated for smooth taste and excellent mouth feel.
