  One of the very few sparkling Riesling's I have ever tasted. This one is dry. The color is yellow like an ear of corn. Not all that sparkling, only a moderate amount of bubbles. The beauty of this wine is the really nice viscosity, depth and perfectly appropriate Granny Smith apple acidity. Ripe apple, pear and lemon fruit. A bit of nuttiness with the prevelant minerality.
