  深宝石红偏紫色，闻香是成熟的黑果混合着香料和奶油味，还能捕捉到新世界特有的桉树的味道，香气浓郁，集中度很高，入口酸度中高，酒液咸，单宁细腻，质感特别舒服，青椒混合着黑加仑一类的果香，橡木桶带来的香料味，后段是巧克力奶油，收尾带着些苦味，余味是满口的奶油和香草。甜美风的新世界酒，正值适饮期，今晚状态一流。口感饱满，香气爆棚，给人愉快享受的满足感。

  Sadly this is our last of this wine. It has a very enticing bouquet which is backed by a full bodied yet very smooth gem of a wine. Suspect it has plenty of life left but is drinking perfectly well now. The cork also came out in perfect condition.
